On 11th October, we officially launched our Cascade Method of Training Model in Kiryandongo district where older groups under our program train new ones on how LINKAGES lending model work. With the CMT model, we are transferring leadership skills from one group to another and at the same time instilling values of human connection that are important to our program. A total of 107 beneficiaries were trained and of these 81 were female and 26 male.
